  1.  - better midi thru for linux/uart
  2.  
  3.  - better import/export, allow to use/build some kind of library for
  4.    patterns (eg drum patterns).

  6.  - transpose map, eg transpose all GM drum keys to a the keys neede by a
  7.    sampler with a chinese percussion sample set. Might be nice for
